1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MadeYours (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What MadeYours Provides

MadeYours is a personalized digital gift planning service. You answer a short quiz about the person and the occasion, and we create a detailed gift plan with specific ideas, reasoning, search guidance, and presentation advice. The plan is a digital product delivered through your browser. No physical items are shipped.

3. Digital Product Nature

All MadeYours products are digital services delivered through your browser. Nothing physical is mailed to you. In the current MVP, your plan data is stored in your browser's local storage. We may provide email backup and recovery as a convenience, but we recommend saving or bookmarking your plan link.

4. User Provided Content

You retain ownership of the information you provide through the quiz (recipient description, story, preferences). By providing this information, you grant us a limited license to use it solely for the purpose of providing the Service (i.e., generating your gift plan). We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for any other purpose.

5. User Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring that:

• The information you provide does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
• The email address you provide is valid and accessible to you.
• You evaluate and vet any external products or services suggested in your plan before purchasing.

6. Plan Outputs and Recommendations

The gift ideas, suggestions, and recommendations provided in your plan are personalized based on the information you provide, but they are suggestions — not guarantees. We do not guarantee that any particular gift idea will be available, suitable, or successful. You are responsible for your final gifting decisions and for any purchases you make from third-party retailers or merchants.

MadeYours does not sell, fulfill, or warrant any physical products mentioned in your plan. External products and merchants are entirely independent of MadeYours.

7. Content Generation

The current experience uses a rule-based content engine to generate your gift plan. Content is personalized based on your quiz answers. Real AI generation is planned for a future phase. In either case, results may vary and we do not guarantee that every plan will perfectly match your expectations.

8. Payments and Access

The free preview is available without payment. To unlock the full gift plan, a one-time payment of $4.99 is required. Payments are processed through external hosted checkout providers. MadeYours does not directly collect or store your payment card details. By making a purchase, you agree to the external payment provider's terms and conditions.

In mock checkout mode, no real payment is processed. The full checkout flow is a demonstration.

Pricing is displayed at the time of purchase and may change. You will always see the final price before completing payment.

9. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Refund Policy. Please review it before making a purchase.

10. Changes to Service

We may update these Terms as our Service evolves. Material changes will be communicated by updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
