1. Digital Service Refund Principle

MadeYours provides a personalized digital gift planning service. Because this is a personalized digital product, payments are generally final once the full plan has been unlocked or delivered. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while recognizing the nature of personalized digital services.

2. Before Plan Unlock

If you have paid but have not yet accessed or viewed your full gift plan, you may be eligible for a refund. Contact us and we will review your request.

3. After Plan Access

Once the full gift plan has been accessed or viewed, refunds are generally not available because the personalized digital service has been delivered. If there is a technical issue (incorrect content, plan fails to load, or content clearly does not match your provided inputs), please contact us and we will work to resolve it — which may include regenerating your plan or a refund at our discretion.

4. Technical Issues

If a technical issue prevents you from accessing your plan after payment — including lost browser data, broken links, or page errors — contact us and we will help you recover your plan. If we are unable to restore access after a reasonable effort, you may be eligible for a refund.

5. Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same order, please contact us with your order details and the date of the charges. We will investigate and process any eligible refunds.

Note: In mock checkout mode, no real payments are processed and no charges can occur.
